Aracari in Germany incorporated
On 11th February 2020, Aracari Energy was incorporated as a limited liabilities company in Germany. This marks an important milestone for the team and allows to progress with the exciting plans of contributing to the energy transition.
In line with the current growth of the renewable energy market and new technical and commercial possibilities, the team around Hannes Langenhan and Oliver Niedhöfer plan to develop, finance, construct and operate around 500 megawatts of solar PV plants over the next six years. The geographical focus will be on Germany and other European countries, but also in other parts of the world.
Technologically, Aracari Energy will be developing predominantly utility scale solar PV on conversion areas such as landfill sites, military land or industrially used sites. In addition, exciting new possibilities such as floating solar on industrial lakes or harbour basins, agrivoltaics or solar PV on carports will be applied.
